Q:Women in your photographs look like models, I am not a model ... can I do this?
A: Thank you! But these women are not models. These women, just like you, at one point looked at the photos on my website and thought "I know mine won't turn out THAT good, but I'm wondering how good she can make me look?" I know exactly what you mean and I know what women don't want to see in their images! So no worries, I know my camera and I know how to use it! And I know how to pose. I will direct you every step of the way so you will feel at ease .. and you will end up having fun and a few good giggles, too!

Q: What is a CONTEMPORARY BEAUTY portrait?
A: Beauty portraiture is compared to a magazine/celebrity look style. Adding a touch of glam is a name of the game. It is sometimes finished with a "fine art" look and feel. It depends on your preference. Beauty portraiture is a great option for a woman who wants a collection of absolutely breathtaking portraits of herself that are wall-worthy.
Q: What is an INTIMATE BOUDOIR portrait?
A: My description and vision of boudoir images is to be revered. These images are about using light to create and exaggerate woman's beauty, her form & shape, her movement and convey a feeling of love and self-love. These images tend to be a little more raw, real, candid, unposed LOOKING (although I do pose you throughout the whole shoot). I create full frame portraits and also include some detail shots of legs, arms, face etc .. These images are meant to embrace a woman's sexuality, independence, femininity, and badassness in a tasteful way. Because of the posing and wardrobe, these images tend to be more intimate in nature.
Q: I'm really not comfortable with being photographed nearly nude. Can I decide how I want to be photographed?
A: Of course! By all means. I photograph women in ANY level of dress or undress. Women who shy away from being photographed nude, in lingerie, etc, might be more comfortable doing an studio portrait session with an off-shoulder blouse and jeans...that's totally fine! This would fall under the beauty portraiture style.
Q: What should I wear?
A: This is probably the most asked question ... and the answer is simple ... whatever you feel beautiful in! The things you probably already have in your closet. A formal affair gown, theme outfits, bodysuit, an oversized sweater, cropped sweatshirt and high waist panties, a robe, sleep shirt or some special outfit which you always wanted to wear but have not got a chance to wear it yet. Some women opt for lingerie or a white sheet, sheer lace etc ... During our consultation we might discuss designing a special kind of look you have in mind. Like a stylized theme ... with lots of tulle, flowing fabrics, flowers in your hair or any kind of headpieces etc ... it all depends on you!
Q: Can I have someone with me at my session?
A: Of course! Sometimes having a good friend with you is all you need to add some moral support and feel more at ease. However, I do ask that the friend will NOT interfere with the session by making remarks about posing, makeup etc. I DO NOT approve of spouses or boyfriends being present during the shoot.
Q: What day can I choose for my session?
A: My studio is open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Q: Do you only offer Black & White images? Or color is ok?
A: Yes, I do! I tend to gravitate and prefer images processed in B&W but I absolutely shoot color!
